Yesterday The Epicurean Man and I took Karate Boy and Lego Dude (Jaden’s cousin Daniel) to  see warships at Fleet Week in the City, http://www.intrepidmuseum.org/Fleet-Week-Schedule.aspx. Last week Monday I took my in law’s on a food adventure through this lovely neighborhood in Brooklyn called Carrol Gardens. We were on a quest to find fresh pork . Since moving to Spring-hill Florida such delicacies are hard to find. I was so excited to buy my very first sausage wheel. It was a chicken/apple sausage wheel to be exact. It has been sitting in my freezer for the entire week.
